The sought after Leicestershire village of Croft lies approximately six miles from Leicester City Centre. Village Facts
Croft Hill is perhaps the most significant feature in the village, reaching a peak of approximately 300ft. The hill is made from granite with marl surrounding it. Today it provides mainly for walkers but historically it is understood to have been used as part of a golf course. The history surrounding the hill dates back to the bronze and iron ages.
